This charter permits Kritova to acquire, own, hold and manage shares, debentures, bonds and securities of other companies, to act as a holding company for subsidiaries, and to invest in or undertake any other lawful business or venture the company deems fit — within the scope of the Companies Act, 2013, and subject to all necessary government, regulatory and statutory approvals.
